SEASONAL GUEST DETAILS
Starting this season, we ask that you and whoever else is with you check in each duration of time you stay at RBC. Record-keeping of seasonal usage and knowing who is on site is a WI State Code. This knowledge can be helpful in case of emergency. This means you must let the office know when you arrive and when you will depart. You can either stop in the store to enter your stay, or fill out the Seasonal Application form below.
If you plan to have guests, whether for the day or overnight, you must register them prior to their arrival in the office. You can either stop in the store to enter their stay, or fill out a Seasonal Application form below. This is to inform the office and management who we should expect. You will need to provide names, ages, visiting site #, date of arrival/departure, and their license plate number. RBC will only allow up to 6 visiting guests at a time. More than 6 visiting guests require prior authorization. Visiting day guests must depart the park by 10pm.
Please note, we do not allow your guests to bring their pets to RBC or their ATV/UTV/4-wheelers. Our trails are only open to our seasonals and our camping guests. They are not allowed to drive and use your utility vehicles/golf cart on RBC property. You are responsible for your guests.
Each Seasonal will receive 20 complimentary Swim Pond Day uses. These are NOT transferable to other seasonal guests. The Seasonal MUST be present to host their guests. All visiting guests must be registered, sign a waiver, park in a designated area, display a car pass, wear a wristband and a life vest when on the inflatables. Adult supervision is required for minors ages 17 and under. They must depart by 10pm if not staying overnight.

All seasonal guest trailers and ATV/UTV must be tagged and registered in the Camp Store, must display a parking permit and trailers parked in designated area.

Use of your personal golf cart per site is included in your seasonal rate.
—Extra golf carts are $100 per season. Only Licensed individuals 16 years and older are permitted to drive on RBC Property.
—Registered carts may only be used on RBC property by qualifying aged drivers, not to be driven by other guests. Seasonals golf cart cannot be loaned out to anyone on RBC property. Seasonal must be present on property to host their visiting guests.
—Drivers and guests must follow the rules and policies of the campground.
