Campground RULES
General
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if the reservation is canceled prior to 14 days of stay, less admin fee of $15.00, or 10% (whichever is greater), per camping unit reservation. More than 72 hours notice to 13 days, a rain check for the full amount, less admin fee of $15.00, or 10% (whichever is greater), rain check expires one year from date of issuance. No refund if canceled with less than 72 hours notice. Credit cards will be charged and deposits kept due to no-shows or same-day cancellations. Camping is an outdoor experience, we do not charge you for sunshine and therefore will not provide refunds for inclement weather. We have no control over the whims of Mother Nature.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Campsites: Check-in 3 pm, check-out 2 pm.
Rental units: Check-in 3 pm, check-out is at noon. Early check-in is not available for rental units.
Campsite Parking:
Park on designated campsites only. Each Cabin (A, B, C, F) and campsites are allowed two cars. Each car must display a car pass. Only registered guests are allowed in the campground.
Campground Rules & Regulations:
With your signature at check-in you and your family agree to comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office and/or around the grounds AND provided in your check-in packet. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as necessary. The campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, or for loss of money and/or valuables of any kind.
Pets
Pet Policy:
We love our furry camping companions and welcome pets in RV and tent sites only. We do know that not all our guests care for your pets. Children come first and for the sake of allowing our children guests to feel comfortable everywhere at RBC, we ask that you follow our PET RULES and POLICIES to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. Thank you for following these guidelines
• Pets must be on a leash at all times (no exceptions)
• Pets may never be left unattended
• Excessive barking is not permitted – please be respectful of your neighbors
• We recommend that children do NOT walk the pet if the child is not strong enough to control the animal.
• Aggressive animals are strictly prohibited
• Pets must be current on vaccinations, including rabies (proof required upon request)
• Radio collars and pet fencing are not permitted
Clean Up is YOUR Responsibility • You must clean up after your pet immediately
• Dispose of waste in proper containers (NOT fire pits)
• Failure to clean up will result in a $50 fee
Pets are NOT permitted in: • Rental units (RBC Rustic Cabins) or rental grounds
• Any buildings (Store/Office, Bath House, Barn, Hay Loft, OK Camp Corral/Annex)
• Pond, beach, or sand areas
• Playground, mini golf, or jumping pad
• Service animals are exempt where applicable
Violation of rental unit policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee and immediate ejection from RBC Property.
Enforcement:
We strive to keep Red Barn Campground enjoyable for everyone. If management must address pet issues more than once, you may be asked to remove your pet from the property. Serious or repeated violations may result in ejection without refund.
Quiet Hours
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, please abide by the following rules for Quiet Hours:
• Observed from 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• No loud music or parties
• All radios/TVs/music turned OFF by 11:00 PM
• Children must remain at their site unless with an adult
• All guests must depart park by 10:00pm
• No one is allowed in the common areas, and must be back to a site. Walking around after quiet hours is frowned upon.
• Please respect neighbors and campground security
Failure to comply may result in ejection without refund
Bikes & Recreation
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. must be put away at dusk.
Motorized child vehicles are to be monitored by an adult. Speeding and reckless driving will not be tolerated. If found to abuse the rules, the child will be told to park the toy/motorized vehicle, the remailing of their stay.
R/C vehicles are NOT allowed to drive in the park, tearing up grass and dirt. Please take them to the field to drive.
Mini bikes are NOT allowed to drive in the park.
Guests & Visitors
ALL visitors/guests must register at the office and display a car pass.
Day passes for Visiting Guests are valid until 10:00 PM. If you intend to stay overnight with a registered camper, you must register to do so at the office.
Rates:
—$15 per day, per person.
—Ages 3 & under: Free
RBC Swim Pond
ALL persons MUST wear a wristband to enter the beach and use the swim pond.
ALL Persons MUST wear a life vest either provided by RBC LLC or their own.
Adults must fit the minor with the proper size of a life vest.
ALL persons MUST sign a RBC Swim Pond Waiver.
ALL persons ages 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult and not left unattended.
Please return life vest back to the rack.
No Carry-Ins or coolers, No Glass Bottles, No Animals/Dogs, and No Smoking on the Beach.
NO digging deep in the sand; you risk causing damage to the liner.
Pop up tents are allowed until it prohibits views of others. It can not be anchored in the sand. If it is windy, it must be taken down.
NO pre-saving beach chairs.
ATV/UTV’s/4-wheelers are NOT allowed on the beach.
Playground
Children must be supervised at all times.
Playground closes at 10:00 PM.
No one is allowed in the common areas, and must be back to a site. Walking around after quiet hours is frowned upon.
Campground Courtesy
Do not walk or cut through other guest campsites.
No one wants to listen to your music blaring. Keep the volume low.
Campfires can be burned in designated fire rings only.
Keep your site clean and free of litter.
Do not move picnic tables between sites.
No clotheslines.
Use white RV hoses only for fresh water.
Please clean up broken water balloons.
Fireworks ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Failure to comply may result in ejection without refund.
Zero Tolerance Policies
Profanity or vulgar displays (signs, flags, clothing, hats, language) are not permitted.
Theft, vandalism, illegal activity, or harm to others will result in:
—Immediate ejection
—Authorities being contacted
—Responsibility for damages
Security
Weekend security is provided.
